What is iVittamobile 2.0?
iVittamobile 2.0 is the new and improved SIM from iVitta – powered by EE.

Our new and improved iVittamobile 2.0 SIM cards are a fantastic and simplified version of the iVittamobile SIM and come with fantastic features;
• No more profile changes – you no longer have to worry about changing profiles depending on your location.
• Full SMS not SMS Lite – SMS can now be sent as per your handset messaging application.
• Call through- no call back – No more waiting for the network call-back to connect your calls.
• Cheaper Data in EU, US and many other countries.
• Auto APN – You will no longer need to manually adjust the APN settings.
What are the iVittamobile 2.0 Data Bundles ?
We offer some great data bundles for all our iVittamobile 2.0 customers.
Enjoy 1GB of data for $10 – valid for 10 days or 2GB data for $20 for 20 days or 3GB data for $30 for 30 days
Simply send a FREE SMS to 1250 with:
‘BUNDLE DATA1GB’ for the 1GB.
‘BUNDLE DATA2GB’ for the 2GB.
‘BUNDLE DATA3GB’ for the 3GB.
You will need to have enough credit available on your SIM.
Available in EU, USA, Canada, Australia, Gibraltar, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Turkey with more countries being added shortly.
NEW CANADA DATA BUNDLE!!
From 2nd August 2018, the promotional price and SMS code will change in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Saudi Arabia as follows:
CAN1GB for $15 valid for 10 days.
CAN2GB for $30 valid for 20 days.
CAN3GB for £45 valid for 30 days.
As with the current bundles, customers can only use one bundle at a time. The old bundles will no longer work in Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Saudi Arabia after Thursday 2nd August. Customers wishing to use a Data bundle in these countries will need to purchase the new version as per above.
How do I activate my SIM
To activate your SIM please make a FREE call to 1250. The call will not connect but this call will activate your SIM. This won’t use any of your balance so you are then able to buy the data bundle if you so wish.
How can I check my balance?
To check your balance, dial *125# and press send
How can I find out what my number is?
Your number can be found on the iVittamobile 2.0 SIM packaging as well as on the ‘settings’ section of your phone handset.
How can I buy an iVittamobile 2.0 SIM and credit voucher?
As well as buying your SIM and credit voucher through a number of outlets worldwide, you can also purchase these through our website. Simply go to the ‘Buy’ page and select either ‘Buy a SIM’ or ‘Buy a voucher’. SIMS can be sent to any address worldwide and vouchers are sent immediately by email.
How do I add credit?
To add credit, dial *125*PIN# and press send (for example *125*1234567890# and press send)

I have an old iVittamobile SIM with credit, what do I do?
You will need to upgrade your SIM to the new iVittamobile 2.0 SIM as soon as possible as your current SIM no longer works.
Please check the Buy page for a list of stockists.
Alternatively you can purchase a new SIM online.
If neither of these options are suitable, please get in touch by emailing the team at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will be able to help you get a new SIM.
What is hya! ?
hya! is a calling app, in association with Globe Telecom, that allows two-way calling at great low rates and free messaging.
We developed this app to make it easier to communicate with loved ones back home.
hya! works by loading credit onto your app in order to make calls. Messaging is free. There are a number of different ways to purchase credit including via app, online, local distributors.

How can iVittamobile 2.0 and hya! be used together?
You can use your data from your iVittamobile 2.0 SIM to download and use hya! app. Please note that you need to be connected to data (either SIM or WiFi) in order to use hya! (like with all mobile applications)
I’ve downloaded hya! – can I use iVittamobile 2.0 credit with hya! ?
No – hya! has its own credit vouchers which can only be used with hya! and iVittamobile 2.0 SIMS can only be used with iVittamobile 2.0 credit vouchers.
